Hula is not simply a dance; it consists of ancient language, myth, history, and genealogy. Hula has been and continues to be used to pass down the history and legends of the Hawaiian people to each new generation. It is a large part of the culture, the life, and the love of the native people of Hawai’i. My fine art photography strives to both celebrate and preserve the sacred culture and traditions of Hula.
